This week, we would like to introduce our newest trainees. They are all nurses from two of Phnom Penh’s public hospitals (Calmette and Khmer Soviet). They have all completed 25 hours of theoretical teaching and passed their exams, and are now doing their clinical learning and exams! We’re so happy to have them and excited for them to become the dysphagia therapists of the future!
Firstly, here we have Bunthoeurn and Kunthea, who work in intensive care at Calmette. Here they are pictured outside the ICU they work in with Annie, one of our speech-therapists who is helping to train them.
They are both so hard working and display excellent commitment to helping us grow the team of dysphagia therapists in the hospital. Thanks for your dedication, Bun and Kunthea.
